As the firm's founder, Karabo brings a wealth of expertise in various legal fields, including Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Sports Law. Karabo's experience extends to advisory work, reviewing and drafting legal documents, court process and appearance work. Her extensive knowledge of labour law enables her to provide expert advice on various issues, including discipline, sanctions, dismissals, unfair labour practices, conditions of employment, employment contracts and policies, and employee benefits.
In addition to her legal expertise, Karabo is a FIFA-recognised Players' Agent, becoming the first female to receive this recognition in Africa in 2009. With vast experience representing football players and clubs, Karabo has successfully litigated in international courts, such as the Court of Arbitration for Sport, as well as in the High Court and Constitutional Courts of South Africa. Karabo's academic achievements include a BA degree in Media Studies and International Relations, as well as an LLB degree with cum laude honours, both obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her achievements have been recognised by various reputable publications, such as Mail & Guardian's List of 200 Young South Africans of 2013, BBC's 100 Women Series of 2015, and Glamour Magazine's Women of the Year Award 2016 (Business category).

Kundi Ramashia-Dube is a seasoned Family Law practitioner with experience in divorce law and in-depth expertise in the best interests of minor children and processes involving parental responsibilities and rights.
As a Family Advocate, Kundi conducted numerous investigations assisting both the High Courts and Children’s Courts to adjudicate on matters pertaining to care, contact and guardianship in respect of minor children, by providing legally sound recommendations on such matters. Kundi has also been involved in matters pertaining to international child abduction in terms of the Hague convention, to which South Africa is a signatory. It is also in her capacity as a Family Advocate that Kundi conducted numerous successful mediations and endorsed countless parenting plans, settlement agreements and guardianship applications.
